Ham and Cheese Omelet

Ingredients (for each omelet):
2 or 3 eggs
1 Tablespoon milk
1/4 cup shredded cheese
1 Tablespoon butter
1) Mix eggs & milk with a fork until blended. (Don’t beat too much, just combine.)
2) In a non-stick omelet pan melt butter over medium-high heat.
3) When butter stops foaming pour in eggs, swirling around pan to distribute evenly.
4) Cook, lifting sides of omelet to let uncooked egg flow underneath, until almost set (about 1 minute).
5) Quickly sprinkle cheese over half of omelet.
6) Fold plain side of omelet over cheese and cook for an additional 20 seconds.
